Daily tariff based on double occupancy is Rs. 5,000/-. However we would advice our guests to call and confirm this before reservation as the tariff could be revised based on the travel season and duration of stay.
A child below 8 years can stay for free but the additional charge for your Mother in Law is $5,000. (That's not a typo. That is US Dollars. You deserve it for bringing your Mother in Law with you on a vacation).
 
Extra person charges applicable for 8 years and above.
Only 1 Adult allowed as an Extra person in the room.
Mattress will be provided on the floor for Extra person.
Extra person charges inclusive of Breakfast: Rs. 750/-. Once again we would advice our guests to call and confirm this as the tariff could be revised based on the travel season.
 
Deposits:
To confirm and block the accommodation, 100% of the total accommodation cost for the proposed period of stay has to be paid in advance. Telephone / Oral booking are not accepted till a confirmation is received through mail.
 
Cancellations:
Amendment or Cancellation of your stay should be intimated by mail. Such amendment or Cancellation will attract following retention charges.
 
22 days before the Arrival date: 90% Refund
8 to 21 days: 50% of the proposed period of stay will be kept as retention charge
7 days before the arrival date: No Refund
 
NO REFUND for no show / deferred check-in / early check-out than the proposed duration of actual booking.
 
Check-in:
10:00 AM. If you require an earlier/later check in, please inform us.
 
Check-out:
9:00 AM. If you are not out by then, we'll assume you've decided to become a member of the family. So you get to do the dishes and the laundry for the next 3 months.
 
Payments:
Credit Cards are not accepted. Payment will be accepted only by Cash or Bank Transfer which can be made at any branch of ICICI Bank across India, favouring RAVINDRAN. CK. Account details shall be provided at the time of booking.
 
Guests are requested to inform us by mail after making any mode of payment. On receipt of the payment, you will receive a confirmation mail within 24 to 48 hours, which is the proof of your stay.
 
(Matchbox collections, postage stamps and empty beer bottles are not acceptable modes of payment. Rare LPs of John Coltrane or The Grateful Dead will surely be given consideration).
 
Parking:
Car Parking is available on the premises. Porsche's and Ferrari's have to be parked with keys in the ignition. Horses (or preferably the riders) have to clean up after themselves. We have enough room for only one elephant.
 
Others:
Pick up/Drop, Laundry, Local Sightseeing, Hiking can be arranged at additional cost. Please do keep in mind that these arrangements need advance notice preferably at the time of reservation. Bungee jumping from our property down to the valley isn't permitted unless you have paid up all your dues and named us as the chief beneficiaries in your will!
 
The Proprietors of Serenità Homestay reserve the right to update / modify Tariff / Package rates / Package Offers without prior notice.
